What it does
A Cape Town wholesale bakery takes its orders on WhatsApp, and every one used to be retyped by hand. The Order Desk reads each message as it arrives, runs it through five checks, and logs the clean ones automatically. Anything unclear waits in a review queue for a person, so the team clears exceptions instead of copying orders, and invoices flow into Sage at the end of the day.
